Question: Why Alcohol!? Thanks!!?
Thank all of you for your answers, I really appreciated them (except for those that were like "denial, addiction, AA, etc!.!.!.)
I'm someone who feels that we must examine the roles of everything in our lives, be it our friends, our loves, our food, or our drinks!.
I asked my alcohol question because I know I can control this but I choose not to, for whoever knows why !.!.!. only cigarettes do I not choose, I do it unconsciously like biting my nails!.

Actually, there is an interesting psychoanalytical explanation of the combination of nail biting and alcohol as "drug" of choice!.
The theory goes as follows: At the time of birth, you had experienced a long trip through the birth canal, your neck was twisted, and your arms pinned against the wall of the vagina!. At birth, you emerged into a cold, bright delivery room, full of the smell of alcohol, and even though your infant brain thought you had died, you were alive!. A few moments later, your hand went to your mouth, and your fingers were no longer numb from the pressure in the birth canal, and your subconscious from that moment on, has associated alcohol odour with survival, and forces your body to chew on the nails to confirm that you are alive!.
