if you push yourself hard, then the blood pressure in your ears increases, so you don't hear so well and with all the sweat that comes out through your ears, it probably gets on the ear drums and has a vibration effect!.

I get it myself sometime, it don't bother me!. Sometimes when I exercise intensively for a long time, everything can become a bit darker visually and the noise can seem distant and duller - I think that is Blood pressure drop!.

Anyway, keep up the exercise, I think you must be working well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. could be from an ear infection somewhere!.
2!. You should have an ear doctor check in case you might need ear tubes, which might help what your going through!. It sounds like it all is coming from your hearing area!.
I hope all goes well for you!. God Bless You!Www@Answer-Health@Com
