Well if your having a bad day you should strip naked and take a nice relaxing bubble bath with some smooth melody music!.

Dont dwell on it!! it will make it worse!!!!
Just think of why you are having a bad day and pinpoint what is causing it!. Deal with that problem if you can!. If you cant then do something to get your mind off of your troubles like watching your favorite TV shows, doing something fun on your computer, take a long relaxing walk, take a nap, talk to friends, or what you think is fun and relaxing!.
Drawing and coloring also may help!.
Reading a good book is also a good option!.

I suggest eating chocolate and then taking a bubbly bath or shower!. Then, put on your favorite pajamas and chill out on the couch/whatever you have and listen to some of your favorite music!.
