Question: Why does doing a forward roll make me dizzy!?
This didn't happen when I was young, but now when I do a forward roll it makes me feel dizzy and sick!. Why!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could need iron look at my profile and see the test or you could have a vertabra that needs to be adjusted and when you roll you are hitting the nerves and that could be causing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it does it because the blood makes a sudden shift!. also it could be because, like the person before, you have a vitamin deficiency!. it does that to me too, and i am anemic!. that means i have low iron!. so there is the solution!. i agree with the person before!. me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
