Reading up on Yoga also helps, Light of Yoga (BKS Iyengar) is an excellent starting point!.

a lot of people offer varying programs, all calling themselves yoga, you have bikram's hot yoga, you have art of living's kriya yoga, so on and so forth!. while conveniently packaged spirituality is a blessing, sometimes, it obscures the main reason!. yoga is the path of union with the higher reality!.

investigate programs available before subscribing to them, so that you stay on the right path and avoid bruises :)

Go to a local gym, spa, dance studio or work out place, also look online to find a lacce thats offering a beginners class!. Also, if you are working by yourself, get some of the beginners books which will focus on breathing and stretching, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

U better have a qualified teacher/instructor!. The different postures of yoga can b very difficult, especially 2 start with & u may even injure ur self!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
