Question: Why do I grow manboobs when I do push up!?
Before I don't have any manboobs but after I started doing push up I started to grow boob!.This is embarrassing cause I'm a guy!.Am I doing the push up wrong or what!?,how come my boob muscle grow!?!.I don't want the boob muscle to grow!.I just want my arm muscle to grow!.How can I get rid of these muscle boob and how should I workout my arm without working out my boob!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pectoral muscles (chest muscles), like all muscles will get larger with exercise!. This is normal growth when doing push-ups because this is one of the muscle sets being exercised along with arm muscles and even some back muscles!.
These are not man-boobs!. Man-boobs are actually large amounts of fat on the chest of an overweight man!. If you tense your pectoral muscles and you don't feel any fat under the skin, then all you have is developed muscle!. The amount of chest muscle you have developed will be genetically pre-programed!. What I mean is, if your dad or brother did the same amount of push-ups you do, then they will probably develop the same amount of pectoral muscle!.
If you don't want this muscle development, stop doing push-ups or bench press!. Do dumbbell curls, dips and pull-ups!.
Just bear in mind that your muscles interconnect and so while you are trying to develop one muscle group you will also be developing another!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They're called pectorals I think and most men with toned bodies have probably an a cup i think lol!. Unless you have actual moobs, don't worry 'bout it!. I don't think it is really possible for boobs on men or women to grow very much because of a certain exercise so I don't know why that is happening!. For arm muscles, get small dumbbells like 2!.5-5 lbs and do curls, extends from your body, lifts above your head or run/walk with them!. Also bench-presses should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You're gaining muscle in the chest because all of these muscles are working together when you do this type of exercise!. I'm not really sure of there's a lot you can do to not gain muscle in the chest like that!. You might try lifting single handed weights!. That might help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well when you're doing push ups, you're working your mostly your pecs (chest) and triceps!. if you want just your arms, do biceps curls and tricep presses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
