Is it too late to start eating healthy?!


Question: Is it too late to start eating healthy!?
I was brought up on a typical English diet full of the wrong fat and rubbish, but now I have the choice what to eat I eat Mediterranean type food such as oily fish, olive oil and garlic!. I was wondering if it's too late now to make a difference for my body to eat healthy or has the damage been done as I was growing up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't mention your age, but really, it is never too late to nourish your body for better health--unless you're on your deathbed (and even then, people have been cured through diet!)

The human body is constantly renewing its cells and tissues so you have a "new" body in many ways!. Smokers can reverse lung damage within a year so eating better will definitely improve your health even though your early years were filled with "rubbish!." See how quickly a malnourished child blossoms with proper nutrition!?

Chances are, the "damage" to your body has not been too severe!. Your brain, for example, hasn't been negatively affected (no brain damage, etc!.) You probably don't have any birth defects either!.!.!.so eat well and thrive!

Its never ever ever to late!!! Your body is constantly growing new cells and discarding the old!. These new cells would really appreciate the proper nutrition! Start off gradually changing though because it makes it a lot easier!. Its really had to do an abrut switch of diet and not get lured into eating something unhealth because your craving it!. And once you do get on the healthy track as long as you keep it in moderation you can have some junk once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not too late!.Lets say if you where 80 years old,then it's still not too late!.Yes the body will only benefit slightly,but the phycological benefits are immense,as the brain registers that you have a new zest for life thru your diet and this stimulates serotonin and other beneficial chemicals,which make you live longer and happier!.In short your state of mind moves in positive mode!.Go for it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's never too late to start eating right!. The typical English diet is not as bad as any other type of food!. What makes it damaging is overeating !.!.!.and just eating too much of only one type of food!.
One has to eat a variety of food like meats, vegetables, fruits, etc!. But eat moderately!. My late grandparents were in good shape and lived to be almost 100 (98 to be exact) and were in perfect health until the last minute of their lives!. They said that the secret is eat your three meals at the same time everyday, but eat small portions, and don';t eat seconds nor add extra servings!. And you are allowed two snacks a day!.
Avoid liquors and drink tea (without sugar)!. Eat more veggies and fruits and fish and less red meat!. So it's never too late!.!.!.to enjoy life!. You'll do okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not to late to start eating healthy, you can put right all those years that you ate bad!. Remember our bodies do need a certain amount of fatty foods anyway so i am sure your OK with what you ate in the past!.!.!.

Never too late!. I became a Vegan 8 years ago (from being vegetarian at the age from 11 to 26)

I have changed so much in the way I look and feel!. It's quite remarkable!.

There's not one single cell in your body that was the same 8 years ago!. That means all your bones, organs never remain the same as you are constantly regenerating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
