My body feels as if it's overheated and it's scaring me!. I was outside for a while today, and got hot, and ended up with a headache that just won't go away!.
My heart started pounding a minute ago, then again I have anxiety!.
I feel so dizzy, and like I'm going to pass out, even though I know that I won't!.

Sounds like you're dehydrated to me!.
The sun, and being active for only a little bit tires
me a lot too!.
You could be lacking in iron as well!.
So, you can take iron pills, or eat foods with
lots of iron!.!.Don't forget to drink water, and liquids with
sulfer (salt)!.
You should be drinking 2-3 times a day, depending on what you're doing, maybe even more!.
They suggest 8 glasses of water a day, but that's a little extreme, especially if you're not doing a whole lot of exercising or actively moving!.
3-4 glasses is just fine!.
Make sure to eat a lot, too!.
If it still continues, I'd consult a doctor!. (or tell your parents)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Splash yourself with cool water to cool down!. Take some salt and you will feel better - your body is overheating from lack of salt to bring water to the surface of he skin!. It can go into heat stroke = which is very serious!. \

drink some water and put a cold cloth on ur forehead!.!.or take a shower!. you are most likely suffering from heat exhaustion, its happend to me before, u just need to take it easy for the rest of the night/day, it shouldnt be anything too seriousWww@Answer-Health@Com
You might want to call a heatlh hotline!? I've could have gotten a fever from being outdoors!. Drink water to help cool down your body!. If it doesnt go down in a hour or so, I would recomend going to the hospital!.
