Yes this is very normal!. It is part of early puberty!. If he is over weight it shows more!. There is a sever form that may require surgery but he is to young to worry about that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If he's a chunky kid, then it's just fat!.
He could have what I believe is called gynoplastia!. It's when men just generally develop breasts!. Usually they stay relatively small, and can be removed with plastic surgery!. If you're concerned, bring it up at the next check-up!.

you should get him checked out with his doctor!. its not hormonal its mostly when you gain too much weight if thats not the reason he should see a doctor!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
