Question: My knee hurts!!?!.!.!.!.(please read)!?
so lately my right knee has been hurting alot when i walk!!? when i put my foot down and im gonan bring it up to take another step it hurts!. from a scale of 1-10 it only hurts about 5 because its noit apinfull that i need to scream it just hruts when i walk! wat could this be!?!?!?

hmm maybe a sprain or a ligament strain!.!. see a doctor and inthe meantime RICE it!.!.
R= Rest!. try not to do anything that hurts!.!. when walking just walk straight-legged and avoid bending it or doing any action that causes pain
I= Ice- Get a soft ice pack or a bag of ice and just place it on ur knee when you are resting and reclining
C= Compress- Try wearing an AcE bandage around your knee to reduce swelling!.!. or a soft knee brace that can be bought at any drug store
E= Elevate- try sitting in a recliner chair with the ice

Most likely you have a dehydration issue!. This is the typical cause of this!. If you are not drinking adequate water each day, your bones become dehydrated and this will happen!. The average person needs to take his total body weight and divide by 2!. That number is the amount of ounces you need each day!. yea!.!.!.dnt wrry my mom is a doctor and she said it was jst because u put to much pressure on one leg that u get knee!.!.!.something!.!.srry i forgot the name of what she said!.!.!.but dnt wrry yea i feel like that sometimes tooo!.so i have to sometimes extend or stretch my leg and put it on top of something!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry, I am in track and i have the same problem!. it just happens when you put to much pressure on it!. as long as u use RICE then it will start feeling better!. it is probably just a sprain, like i have!. just try not to put too much pressure on it!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i no my knees were hurting alot and i went to the doctors and they said i have little cartilage between my knees so my bones just rub together!.!.maybe the same thing!.!.!.!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is possibly a posture problem!. Even the slightest bad posture can sometimes effect your knees in a painful way!. Check it out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
