I keep burping?!?!?!?!?!

Okay so, last night i went to the hospital because my ribs hurt so bad, whenever i'd breath in deeply it felt like someone was stabbing me!. The doctor said its pleurisy, but she wrote Bronchitis on the papers!. So I dont get it!? And I have been burping allllll day! Since yesterday, and I do very loud long burps!. And I hardly ever burp!.!.only when im drinking soda, but their usually small burps!. So whats going on!? Can pleurisy cause constant burping!?
Btw!.!.I have Lyme disease, and it may have come back so im going to get another blood test to find outWww@Answer-Health@Com
