Question: Feel sick after drinking and throwing up!. What to do!?
If you drink too much, ended up being chased around for a bit and eventually had to to go to the bathroom to throw up, what should you do afterwards!? If you still feel kind of sick and throw up a bit, should you eat anything!? If so, like what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes a bit to know what kind of drinks and how much you can drink of them, taste won't let you know!.

Be careful!.

Drink an amount of water slightly less than what you threw up!.

And any sort of food is fine, if you get upset, just throw it up again!.

Any kind of juice is great, have a V8 or glass of Orange Juice!.

Pizza or crackers is good or toast with some jelly!.

Alcohol dehydrates, anything that re-hydrates is great, get to dehydrated and you'll get a hangover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating fatty foods as this usually soaks up the alcohol faster and make sure you drink lots of water before you go to bed as your body will be very dehydrated!. Milk usually helps to line the stomach!. Others sometimes suggest having another drink of alcohol in the morning!. This may make you feel better for a while but all it is doing is prolonging the hangover!. And maybe try not to get chased around anymore!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually treat hangovers with a big Gatorade and a big bowl of carbs, like a Pasta Alfredo!. Alcohol is chock-full of empty calories and simple carbs, and Carbohydrates are addictive to the body!. Right now, your body is plainly craving for more!.
I've done the "beer in the morning", and it's actually worked more than once, but it's probably not the best route!.

Drink lots of water, because your body is dehydrated at the moment; 2 Tylenols work fine with the basic headache, and if you can, get some sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your tummy is growling, eat a saltine cracker and some 7-up!.!.!.!.
