Question: Sore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!.
I had sports day yesterday but

i didnt run that much

every time i laugh cough or anything its really sore

its sore in the following places:RIBS,LEGS,STOMACH

i hardly did anything yesterday but i cant walk and when i walk it so doesnt look write it took me 20mins to put on my pjs !!!!!!!

thats normal, the muscle tissue is just torn and will heal back stronger than when you started!.

Best method for recovery is drink a protein shake and stretch the areas!. Yes i know that hurts but it is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whens the last time you excercised!? Using muscles you normally don't use makes you sore!. Eventually, it goes away with daily excercise of same!. Soak in tub w/as hot of water as possible w/some epsom salts!. works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you have pulled a muscle - it can take a while to heal but have plenty of soaks and waitWww@Answer-Health@Com
