Less sleep?!


Question: Less sleep!?
I want to get less sleep so i can do more in the day!. Can it be fine to just get 6 hours of sleep instead of 7-8 hours of sleep!? Would i adapt to 6 hours of sleep, if so how long would it take!.

Yes, 6 hours of sleep a night should be adequate, but you know the saying, quality vs!. quantity!. You will need to watch and soon as you detect you are not performing at your usual level, you need to give yourself some down time!. Also!. I suggest at looking into time management!. Eight hours is what is recommended by doctors!. If you skimp on sleep, it catches up to you in what's called "sleep debt!." You can adapt to six hours of sleep, but you will also suffer effects such as tiredness, lack of alertness, even diabetes and obesity in some cases!. What's most likely to happen is you go to bed one night and sleep like 14 hours-- and you had a project due two hours ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It was a huge failure!.

Getting your sleep is important, do not cut back!. I honestly think the best thing you can do to increase time, is be more efficient!. Find ways to motivate yourself during the day!. Instead of sleeping less, find ways to get things done quicker!. Give yourself deadlines!.

I plan to do dishes for 20 mins, and pay my bills in 20 to afford myself time to work on my graphic novel!. I go right from eating into chores, and try to not spend any extra time watching TV or lying around!.

ummmmm i dunno!.!.!. whenever i get less sleep than i should, instead of being more productive i'm actually less productive b/c i'm tired and cant think right!.!.!.!.

In the long run for your health, depriving yourself of sleep is not healthy!. A healthy adult needs minimum 7-8 hours a day!. Instead of creating health problems, take a class on time management so that you can do more in a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With less sleep you can hardly do anything during the day!. You want to get as much sleep as possible, so you wont be tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
