What foods should I eat to make my body more alkaline?!


Question: What foods should I eat to make my body more alkaline!?
Answers:
During the last 3 weeks I have come across this question three times which in itself tells me I need to pay attention to it and finally to answer!.
Throughout my life as a nurse I have been convinced that a balanced pH { 7,36 } is a fair indicator of the good health!.
To maintain a good health, the daily diet should consist of 60 % alkaline foods and 40 % acid foods!. I tried to keep so and truly I am a healthy person in the past 30 years!.!.Most people have incredibly acid lifestyle and so I explain so many sick people I am somewhat saddened to see this situation!. Acidosis is the root of almost any health problems!.
To restore health, the daily diet should consist of 80 % alkaline foods and 20 % acid foods!.
I suggest you to drink mineral water with pH 7,8 like I do years after years!. Watermelon is extremely alkaline!. Consum carrot, broccoli, celery, cucumber, garlic, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, apple, banana, almonds, avocado, cheers, lemons, to mention only a few from them!.
Notice we know that lemons are very acidic, but in our body , after digestion and absorbtion their final product is very alkaline
Also from first hand experience ,by the way cheers improve sexual life!.

Your body has a specific pH that it needs to be for you to live!. Blood has to be at about 7!.4!. If you try to screw with it, you'll die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
