Feeling like zero energy + drowzy all day, why?!

what the hell!? today i have like no energy at all, i eated today, i slept well last night but feeling is terrible, can't really do anything because of energy lack, hands are shaky, head heavy, kinda drowzy feeling, what is that!? could it be because of sudden heat, that appeared today!? and i totally don't like nor can stand heat, but could that be cause!? i dunno!.!.
