Extremely swollen tonsils?!
Question: Extremely swollen tonsils!?

it hurts soooo bad and so much worse when i have to swallow even my own spit!. my throat has been hurting for about 2 weeks but only like a week ago have the tonsils been getting worse!.
what could this be!? tonsilitis!?
i don't have a fever or anything!.!. just an extremely sore throat with those tonsils touching like that!.
is it safe to wait until monday for a doctors appointment or should i go to a clinic (they feel unreliable) or the hospital (expensive)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whoa!! Seems a very bad case of tonsilitis!. You should see a doctor immmediately or if you want to wait, then gargle a lot - every half hour!. Just use salt and luke warm water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, by the way your throat looks to me you either have tonsillitis or strep throat!. I think you need to see someone right away don't wait you don't want to play around with an infection that can turn into something more serious!. I sure hope you feel better soon!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
