Question: I am in Eight grade and get frequent headaches!?
Hi, I am in 8th grade and i get headaches frequenty, maybe 2 times a week!. But I do not get a good nights sleep at all!. I go to bed at about 11 or 12 and get bout 7 hours of sleep AT MOST!. I find that i get them when i am really tired!. also get neck aches when i wake up and that normally leads to a headache at about the middle of the day!.!.!.I dont know if it is anything serious but I do think it has to do with my sleep!.!.jst want to reconfirm about this and i need help!. So can anyone help with thisWww@Answer-Health@Com

Several things can be the cause!.!.!.!.!.dehydration, needing glasses or contacts, the way you are sleeping on your pillows (since you mention your neck), or even Allergies!.
My son had headaches for 2 years and had lots of tests before we discovered it was allergies!.!.!.but that doesn't mean that is what is wrong with you!.!.!.!.my son didn't have neck pain!.
I think maybe it may be a good idea to ask to see a chiropractor or optomotrist and get a checkup!.

ok im in eight grade I HAVE HORRIBLE MIGRAINES i go to bed at 10 I get 4 hrs of sleep 4 HRS ok i have been on everytype of sleeping there is : ambien rozerm amtreptelne ok I have been 3 mris to figure out what the hell is wrong with me now im sorry but im fed up with people complaing they have a headache when you can take some damn advil GOD!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
a sleep cycle is 1 and a half hours try to get 7 and a half or 9 instead or even 6 when you start a new cycle and wake up before its over its stress on the bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com
