Question: I need to get to sleeeeep!. Help!?!?
Im tossing and turning and i cant keep my mind quiet!. Anyone had this issue!? What's a girl to do!?!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a comfortable position!.
LIE STILL!.
Try to breathe slowly!.
Stretch your toes!.
Stretch your feet!.

Stretch your whole back!.
Stretch your fingers!.
Stretch your hands!.
Stretch your arms!.
LIE STILL!.
Think of a list of everything you would do with a million dollars!. ($10,000 trip to Australia, $5,000 dollar home gym, $40,000 car, etc!. etc!.)
DON'T MOVE!.
Fall asleep!.

The important part is to not move, even a little bit, even if you start to get uncomfortable (unless you're in pain)!. Every time you move, you wake yourself up a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hope to god your reading this i had the same problem untill now put on metal music and extreamly hard rock music pleas just do it it makes you stop thinking of all the things you want and need to do the next day so your mind will be at eas you might think im joshing you like allot of people on hear but im not so pleas pleas try mine tonight i cant express myself enough just see if it works it will=]=]=] im taking youll try it for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i've had that!. ugh its annoying =/
well, i usually try to think of something really peaceful, maybe a lullaby or a nice song, or a laying on the beach!.!.ect!. then i just erase everything else out of my mind, don't stress over anything, relax, and just forget about life!. then my mind starts to drift off, and i get right to sleep!.
or if all fails, read a book!. that makes you tired!.

Take a nice hot bath, and breathe!.
Also, when you've been on the computer before you go to bed, it overexcites your brain so you can sleep!. Think about it: how much visual and mental stimulation do you get while on the computer for a minute!? That's a lot for your poor brain and body!
So shut things down, and just close your eyes!. If you want, listening to softer music before you go to bed helps me too!.

Lots of exercise, some Sleepy Time tea also works!. If it still keeps up after trying everything but drugs, go to the DR!. I had battled bout of insomnia to the point where I was going almost 72 hours sleep free!. Just try to make your self exhausted to the point that you have no other chooice but to sleep!. Try to jog, or work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

awake!? sedative
able to think for yourself!? suicide pill

have a trampoline, go on it now, or then, screw the neighbors!. run around, or try to stay awake, sit still!. but don't listen to music

try and drink warm milk

this actually works: put your hand on your head and focus all your thoughts to your head!. makes you feel less stressed makes you go to sleep faster!.

tell yourself to stay awake (reverse phsyocolgy) you will feel more sleepy!.

drink some cough medicine!.

count sheeps!.

try and turn on the tv or anything that makes a noise that isnt that annoying!.

If you can get a massage before bed and turn off the light like 10-15 mins before going to sleep and listen to calming soothing music like sade or Norah Jones and put yourself in relax mode!. Clear your mind!. A small chamomile cup of tea might help as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I totally understand!. I would take a nice long hot bath, and that will cool your nerves and the heat should make you less aware of everything because it's so relaxing!.

Make sure you get some good fluffy pillows, and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you suffer from insomnia!. Drink warm milk before and try to stay away from bright lights an read a book before you go to sleep!. Oh yeah and try to take showers before and get yourself warm :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

use a fan!.!.!.the constant noise and cooling will help aid in sleep, for psychological reasons
