Question: I can't sleep! How to get on a regular sleeping schedule!?10pts!?
Sometimes I wont be able to fall asleep until 5 in the morning!. Sometimes I'll fall asleep at 10 and wake up an hour later and don't fall asleep until 5 in the morning!.

This is crazy!. I don't stay out and party all night or anything!.

I need some amazing tips! I'm starting work soon and I have to be able to get up at 10 am!.

I just try to stay up and make it till 10 the next night then you know you're going to sleep, and you're going to sleep for a while!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look at your eating and hydrating habits!. Try to eat healthier and exercise!. If that doesn't work try some stuff called Melatonin!. I use this whenever I need a good nights rest without all the side effects of sleeping aids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
