Your mental state can definitely affect you physiologically, if you have a lot of stressors in your life (whether they be internal or external) you have to find a way to deal with them so that they aren't weighing down your mind!. Think of your brain as a super computer, if you are continually running many large programs on it all at once the computer tends to become overburdened and start to lag and affect the overall operations!. It seems that you are encumbered by more than you are able to handle, it wouldn't hurt to talk to somebody professionally (an objective observer who has no bias or opinions) who can help you to manage the heavy load!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should go see a cardiologist just to make sure it is only stress!. Especially if you are over the age of 35!.

Try taking deep, slow breaths the next time it happens, breathing from your abdomen!. If it is stress, this should make it better immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest drinking lots of water and taking long walks or doing something else to relieve the stress!. if the condition is still there see a real Doctor I'm just a board army guy awake at 2 in the morningWww@Answer-Health@Com

That could be heart related!. It's also possible that you suffer from heart burn or indigestion!. Cut down on spicy foods, take antacids, and drink milk!. If the pain doesn't go away, then you should see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put some nurifen gel and heat bottle and rest yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com
