What can lack of sleep cause?!
Question: What can lack of sleep cause!?
in the past week everynight ive only been getting 4 hours of sleep other than the obvious tiredness (which i dont seem to be expirecing) what else can lack of sleep cause!?

Good luck, it's probably just an adjustment period!. If you keep having trouble talk to your Parents or a another adult you trust!.
Having fears is also ok, most people do and work through them over time and with help from friends, family or a few sessions with a therapist!. It's Normal :)

you will physically exhaust yourself which is not good for your body!. plus if you are 16 and driving, it proven that with that little of sleep you are almost driving drunk (equivinately) so you are putting you self in danger along with others on the road!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhhhmm and also one time, I didn't go to sleep for like 2 days, and it made me sick!. I don't know if it was just me, or it happens to everyone!. And also, if just makes you feel crappy!.

sleeping regulates hormone levels in the body, so that can get out of whack with a lack of sleep!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
