Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.!


Question: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!.!.!.
i totally just binged!. i dont know what came over me!.!.!. the last 4 days ive eaten 3 handfuls of sultanas, 3 carrot sticks and 3 cups of vegetable soup,i was going fine, (not losing any weight though!.!.) but this morning i just snapped!.!.!.

i had 2 biggg handfuls of sultanas, like atleast 8 pieces of ravaoli pasta (no sauce!.!. but still) and an up and go !.!.!.

i feel really bloated, how do i get rid of this feeling!.!.!. or food, quick!.

p!.s!. i cant work out too much !.!. i was in an accident and fractured my wrist and ankle!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You were not eating enough to begin with so you binged!. Don't worry about it!. No more than you have had in the last 4 days, this is not going to hurt you!. But you have got to eat more than you are eating!. Add salad to your diet food,lite dressing or lemon on it!. Eat fruit, not many calories in fruit!. You should not go below 1000 calories a day, some do 800 but I doubt you are getting half that much!. Your fat burning process (motabolism) will shut down to conserve food/calories, it thinks it is starving!. You need fiber or your bowels will stop workng which will make you weigh heavier, you can add raw veggies (cucumbers, broccoli, watermelon, celery and cooked veggies plain no butter or flavoring in them!. You have to watch fat grams more than calories!. No more than 10-15 grams of fat a day will help you lose weight!. You have to have a litte fat!. 30 grams will keep you at the weight you are now!. If you don't add to your diet you will not lose!. I lost 23 pounds in 6 weeks when I used to diet!. Drink lots of water!. Good for flushing fat and calories!. I ate tuna in water for meat with ground up celery in it!. Eat to lose!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
