Blisters with every type of shoes?!

Question: Blisters with every type of shoes!?
I get blisters on the back of my heel constantly whether I'm wearing heels or flats or trainers!. Also when I wear flip flops they cut the top of my feet

I wear size 4 and 5 to try and see which will prevent blisters better but both cut my feet equally with and without socks!.

Is there anything I can do to stop my feet getting blisters all the time!?

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

CAPTAIN K, Could it be that the shoes could be a bit larger
than your feet!?!. Or on the other hand it could be smaller than your feet because i think if the shoes are well feted on your feet & it is not too tight or too loose or the leather is nottoo tuff
then you should not have those problems @ all so check on those three things and see what happened!. If those things does not works then you may have to try and see if you can fiend any oil or cream to rub your feet to have them a bit harder so that they are not so soft & tender!.Those are the things that I can think of as I canno see your feet so I will say to you GOOD LUCK TO YOU WITH YOUR FEET!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the exact same problem as you, only i wear size 9!.5 or 10!. could it be possible you have flat feet!? it is a common disorder in which the arch of the foot collapses, with the entire sole of the foot coming into complete or near-complete contact with the ground!. or perhaps you have a TOO high-arched foot (called Pes Cavus), people with pes cavus have trouble finding shoes that fit and may require support in their shoes!. individuals are born with these conditions!. but nevertheless, wither you have flat feet, pes cavus, or simply really stubborn feet, you should check out a podiatrist and s/he will tell you your condition, or (if your insurance can cover part of it) get you specialized insoles specifically made for the shape of each foot (they actually take a mold of your feet)!. your new insoles will last you a life time and you can insert them in all your shoes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shoes are not fitted properly &/or you may need to wear socks/hose!.

Shoes should never ever have to be worn in, if they are not comfortable in the shop, they never will be!.

Make sure you shop in the afternoon, as everyones feet swell during the day and always go for a walk with them in the store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to somewhere like Clarks and get your feet measured properly!. Have you tried higher shoes like ankle boots!? Do you still get blisters then!? My personal solution to blisters is plasters, but thats not very good every day!. Get your feet measured and talk to a chiropodist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found Hush Puppies, if you can still get them, or Clarks Nature Trek styles have really soft leather which is much easier on feet!. Also use talc when they are new, and break them in indoors first!. Other than that you should seek medical advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your doctor to see if there is another solution!. If that don't work put a subscribtion in for better shoes at your local shoe stores or get shoes specially made for your feet, taste, and style!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try maybe a larger size shoe!?!? (5 1/2) do you wear nylons or socks!? Or try putting a bandaid on BEFORE the blisters form!? Also, if you can't wear flip flops, then DON'T!! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
