no it does not!. it has nothing to do with the penis itself!. i work for 2 urologists!. you may not have a sex drive for a few days post vas as your scrotum is healing it is sensitive, but a decrease in libido is not from a vas, but your hormone levels or if you're a diabetic can decrease it!. the drs i work for do a "no scalpal" vas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
