Probably not!. At age 16, you are still growing!. Your body is still changing!. What is "normal" anyway!? You need a professional to tell you, a doctor, to check out your bone structure and determine what is the right weight range for YOU!. I did this, but I did it at age 55 when I was a balloon from a whole lot of fast ,food and lack of exercise, at 280, and found out my ideal weight for my bone structure was about 190 plus or minus a few pounds!. I have since lost the excess (hard work and most important, WILL POWER, to control my calories) and am now approaching 190, just being a pound or two under 200!. It has taken me over a year to drop the excess!. The point is, only a professional can tell you what your ideal weight SHOULD be for your bone structure!. At 16, NOTHING is fixed, at least not for another 7 years or so!. You can shape your world and what your body looks like if you anticipate the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well that would make your BMI ( body mass index) a 26!.5!. Which would put you in the overweight category!. Know that the normal category is 18!.5-24!.9!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
