How can I strengthen my immune system?!


Question: How can I strengthen my immune system!?
I get sick quite frequently, probably 3-4 times a year, for about a week each time!. I used to think it was normal but people tell me I probably have a weak immune system!. Any ideas on how I can strengthen my immune system!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A few things, simple but effective:
- one vitamin C tablet each day, no more and no less than 1
- about 8 to 10 hours of sleep per day, and a catnap in the middle of the day is a good idea to add to that
- a short relaxing walk in the nature each day, that takes about 20 minutes or so
- eating fruit and vegetables and avoiding anything too heavy or oily
- yoga, meditation or prayer, something to help releive stress
- stopping any bad habits, like smoking or eating unhealthy foods

This will take some time, but you will feel the difference, it really works and is good for the long run!.

well drink tap water since your exposing your body to alot more things in order for you to strengthen it alot of mothers make the mistake where they only allow their child to drink bottled water, and dont expose them to the bacteria that they need to be exposed to in order for their bodies learn to fight them!.
