Answers:
Yes i have feelt that way, those are the systoms, off pre-Menopause!. Because if you are taking, Phentermine, for years, your body, should be used to it by know, so i don't think, is your medication, when a female is going through, the menopause your body is locking hormone, because the abilities to produce enogh estrogen, drop, so is like a shock, to the body, then there is, Physiogical and emotional changes, some women cry a lot, some get real hot or too cold, some get very moody, angry, mad, some even get scare, gain weight, or lose weight, there are all kind of sysptoms, so only your Doctor, can realy tell !.!.!.!. good luck on your appt!. god bless!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop using phentermine and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

chest pain, swelling in your ankles or feet, feeling light-headed, fainting, or feeling short of breath, even with mild exertion;
fast or uneven heartbeat;
unusual thoughts or behavior, feeling restless or confused; or
increased blood pressure (severe headache, blurred vision, trouble concentrating, chest pain, numbness, seizure)!.
Less serious side effects may be more likely to occur, such as:

feeling nervous or anxious;
headache, dizziness, tremors;
trouble sleeping (insomnia);
dry mouth or an unpleasant taste in your mouth;
diarrhea or constipation; or
itching!.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur!. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your ovaries were removed I would say you have started your change of life,I seem to suddenly go bad tempered and toss pots and pans which I had never done in my life!.
What you described also can be caused by phentermine some years ago I was like that after using them so I dumped them fast!.
I'm more sure your into the change a simple blood test will tell the truth!.
Lol my daughter was crying over a linen bag at work so very very unlike her, she had the test done and had hormone implant put in now she back to normalWww@Answer-Health@Com
