Question: Know of any drug free ways to sleep better!?
I can usually fall asleep within 30 mins of laying down!. Occasionally it will take a little bit more than this!. The problem is that I just can't stay asleep!! I haven't slept through the night in over a week and I'm going nuts!.
I've taken over the counter sleep aids in the past and I hate the way they make me feel in the morning!. Does anyone have any drug free advice on how to sleep through the night!? Is there anything at all I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, when I can't sleep I don't pressure myself to fall asleep because we have to relax especially if we intend to change our body clock!. I keep myself busy doing worthwhile activities until I feel tired and I automatically fall asleep!. Drinking milk, having a shower before I sleep, listening to music helps me to relax!. Avoiding having naps during day!. Eating healthy foods, regular exercise could also help your body and mind to function well!. I also avoid thinking about a lot of things before I sleep having a journal could also help to avoid being bothered and at least it helps me understand myself by jotting down my thoughts and my daily activities!. I also pray to surrender my worries and ask for help to whatever I am facing through!.!.!. For you to be able to solve your problem it is really important to know the cause then avoid or solve whatever triggers you to have a gudnyt sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Valerian Root is a natural herbal sleep aid, try to find some that you can chew on before you go to sleep!. Also lavender is a good smell to have around your house, in aromatherapy, it helps induce relaxation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try lavender!.!.lavender helps in relaxing the body!.!. aromatherapy etc!.!.or u can drink a warm glass of milk b4 sleeping!.!.try not 2 tink too much b4 u slp!.!.play some light music might also helps to relax too!.!.!.& most imptly,slp during d same time everyday!.!.e!.g 10pm every night instead of 10pm 2day, 12MN tml etc!.!.hope tt helps!.!.=)Www@Answer-Health@Com
