Having the worst sleeping patterns...?!


Question: Having the worst sleeping patterns!.!.!.!?
Okay, for as long as I remember I have had trouble with sleeping, but in the past couple of years things have gotten crazy!.!.!.

For example, yesterday, I had to get up at 7am, but I could only get to sleep at 4am, (the night before I got up at 9am so I was awake for 17 hours on roughly 6 hours of sleep, its nuts!) I figured that if I could stay up long enough to experience most of the day, I would sleep sound, so I went to bed at 8, and woke up again at in the middle of the night, wide awake! WHAT!!?

Does any one have any advise on how to sleep normally and stay asleep through the night!? (I have been on pills before, but they just wreak havoc with my body)Www@Answer-Health@Com

My advise avoid caffeine for awhile
Drink chamomile tea or warm milk before bed time
