I'm nauseous?!

Question: I'm nauseous!?
Okay so I'm writing exams and I'm studying really hard!. I have been studying for the last 5 days, with breaks in between, from 9 am to 6 pm!. I had a guitar class so I went for about an hour!. And at guitar I wasnt nauseous anymore!. I think it did good for me b/c I did something besides studying and something that I enjoy doing!. Anyway when I came back and sat on my chair to study again, I got nauseous again!. I had a cheese sandwich and coffee for lunch so I dont think its anything food wise!.

I'm writing a biology exam tommorow and the math exam that I wrote today, which I really, really studied hard for, made me kind of depressed b/c I wasnt sure what I needed to do and got my formulas all mixed up!. So maybe its the exam stress, or maybe I am overworked or maybe b/c I feel really angry at myself for the math exam that I'm naseous!?

Or perhaps it could be that I only said about 10 words the whole day and havent really spoken to someone, b/c my friends didnt write, my mom works etcWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you're stressing yourself out!. If you take a little time every night to study, focusing more on the harder subjects you can cut down on the cramming!. Granted before a test you'll have to put in more study time, but if you put in a little time every night you won't be overtaxing your body the way you're doing!. I suggest taking a multivitamin or B-complex vitamin!. Make sure you get some exercise in, even if it's just a couple ten-minute walks, and eat balanced meals!. All the little stuff we all know we're supposed to do--get enough sleep, eat right, drink plenty of water, and exercise--all make a difference!. Balance your study time with other things that are important to you--taking care of all those basic needs, time with friends or family, activities you enjoy!. If you run yourself down and make yourself sick, you certainly won't do well on your papers or tests!. Sit down and list what you have to do and how you want to balance that time!. Set time limits!. If you have to, go back and make adjustments!. Getting away for your guitar lesson was a great break especially since it's something you enjoy!. However, since you're working so hard to do everything for school I think you got yourself to the place that you're dreading go back to what you left unfinished!. Manage your time in smaller chunks, and make sure you make "me time" for yourself!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you're just nervous about your exams (especially because you felt better while not studying)!.

Take an antacid or snack on bland starchy food (like crackers or toast) and you should feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your nausea is related to the stress, tension and pressure you are feeling during your exams!. You stated you only feel nauseated during that time!.
It is normal to feel anxious during an exam!. Getting a good night sleep!. which is difficult when you feel stressed but try to rest anyways!. eating a good breakfast is fuel!. caffeine will increase your anxiety so you may want to try natural fruit juices of decaffeinated beverages during exam time!. Ginger is known to reduce nausea!. You can get fresh ginger root in the vegetable dept!. and maybe try making a ginger tea before you begin your exams!. And last have confidence in knowing what you know!. dint second guess yourself, you will start to mental block!. When I was a student I had test anxiety very bad!. I was taught not to study for LONG periods of time!.Know my testing style!. meaning do I learn better from reading or hearing or hands on!. and when taking a test, if you get stuck on an answer, stop for a few seconds, take a deep breath, relax and resume the test!. This allows you a second to clear your head think of what you know and finish the answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
