Question: Is my diet programme below good enough to help me burn all the fat from my body!?

Hey!! Your fluid levels are very good and the non-fat foods you have listed are also very good but i did notice that you have left a huge portion of food missing!.

This includes fruit, vegetables and foods that promote good fat in the body as well as good cholesterol!. An example of this food is avocados, not everybody's cup of tea i know but they contain beneficial fats which are absolutely essential for your body as they build cell structures as well as promote healthy cholesterol (there is a good and bad kind - the good is very essential also)!. The best way to formulate a healthy eating plan is to speak to a dietician!.

They are able to give a very precise outline of the kind of foods you should be eating based on what kind of lifestyle you live!. So, for example, if you have a rather sedate lifestyle because you work long hours and can't fit in exercise schedules, they will be able to make up a dietary guideline based on this!. They will also give you a list of foods for you to chose from that are healthy and low in the bad fats and cholesterols!.

They can also give you advice on proper ways to prepare foods without spoiling it by adding the wrong oil, losing the majority of the vitamins and minerals it can offer, etc!. As well as give you an outline on how much weight you should be losing each!.!.!.week or month, whenever you want to weigh yourself so you don't put too much pressure on yourself!.

If you shop around you will be able to find a good dietician without paying huge amounts of money to do so!. You should probably only need to see them twice, once to formulate the plan and maybe a second time just for a check up on your healthy!. However, if you would rather speak to someone you know a little better, then your family doctor is also just as good if you have one!.

While the food you've outlined are good they do lack in essential vitamins and minerals and without these your body will not be able to function properly and you put yourself a high risk of developing illnesses and deficiencies!. That's a bit extreme you might want to add some more food to your plan!. You should be getting three meals and three snacks eating every three to four hours!. You need fuel to burn fat, if you plan on working out, you won't lose as much as you want b/c your body will be pulling sugar instead of stored fat to lose weight!. Also you should have a work-out regime, fat turns into muscle when working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to eat more than that! Remember you will also burn off muscle without enough nutrition!.
