Moderation is one of the keys to healthy eating!. You'd be surprised that when you're craving chips and only eat a handful and wash it down with something to drink, you've pretty much shot that craving!. Drink after you've ate them though because the salt makes you want more and if you drink something that goes away!. If you're craving chocolate eat a 100 calorie brownie with only 4 g!. of fat instead of a 20g!. of fat nutty bar!. A little goes a long way!. If you feel like you're starving when you do eat, you could be going too long between meals and you're body thinks it's starving!. If you feel like you're starving all of the time, you could have an insulin problem and your body isn't using sugar properly!. Hope that didn't confuse you too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok so you overeat
so what you want to do is eat more meals a day, insetead of eating 3 big meals

these meals have to be low on calories and what you also want to try is to drink a glass of water before like a big meal

you eat more if u skip meals!.!.!.so dont skip meals

--- to lose weight!.!.!.u want to eat less cals than u burn so try following the things above and exercise

all it takes is 15 minutes of ur whole day!.!.!.u can even walk, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basic theory!. Calories in = weight!. reduce the calories (via smaller portions) and you will lose weight!.

Other things you can do to augment that are to exercise, drink lots of water and make sure and not go long periods of time with no food as you'll naturally eat more when you do eventually eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is better than a lot of people with this sort of problem!. people tend to igrnore or deny it!. By accepting and appreciating it your half way there! Yes it will help, but the next step to take is to cut it down half again untill you are eating a healthy, full diet!. If you feel you have a problem, then maybe seeing your doctor they could give you more, and better advice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a good step in taking control and may reduce the amount of calories you are taking in, so yes, you MAY lose weight!.!.!.!.but this should only be a first step, you need to learn how to take more control over you're cravings, what you eat and how much of it you take in!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think your on the right track!.!.!. eating in proportions will help, but you have to discipline yourself, set a goal, and look back say a year from now and see what you've accomplished!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to find a diversion!. It's eat to live, not live to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
