Always reallly tired by 7 or 8pm?!

Question: Always reallly tired by 7 or 8pm!?
i wake up at 8:30 after a full 8 hours of sleep, and i dont have crazy busy days (im a student, and waiting for the camp i work at to start)
so i spend my days doing a few errands, playing with my neighbors (2 and 5) straightening my room, and being with my boyfriend and cooking dinner or goin gout to dinner!.
i dont party, or drink, smoke, i eat healthy
but then im always tired by 8pm or even 7pm, not exhausted cant keep my eyes open, but pretty tired and this only started about a week and a half ago!.
thats my only symptom
i do have asthma and occasional shortness of breath but im on no medication!.
i doubt im pregnant, i just had a normal period, and no nausea or anything!.
i take half a multi-vitamin every morning which helped with early in the day tiredness i was experiencing!.
im only 20

any ideas!?!?
(yes i know im a worrier lol)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It could be that your body is on a regimen!. By whatever time, it thinks it is bedtime and you have kept this up and continues with the regimen!. As for the being tired itself, it may be that you have not done any strenuous activity that can make you tired!. Weird to say, but the lazier you are during the day, the seemingly more tired you become throughout the day!. If you are spending your days outside in the fresh air and sun, this could also be draining your body of its energy (especially the sun!! I don't know how many times I've come home from a day at the beach dead tired from doing nothing at all, or come home dead tired from working all day at a horse barn)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
