Answers:
Ditch the milk and dairy products i say !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. many many people find it extremely hard to digest lactose contained in milk and dairy products!.

Take a calcium & vitamin D3 rich supplement perhaps in a liquid form (easiest to assimilate) to ensure you get all your calcium on a daily basis !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and pump up your intake of fresh fish such as salmon and tuna and leafy and green vegies & fresh fruits~ the vegies are rich in both calcium and protein and the fish are rich in magnesium (antistress mineral), protein, EFA's~ essential fatty acids which are also fantastic for lowering blood pressure, levelling out any mood or stress levels you may have and bolstering your immunity, calcium and vitamin D (the vitamin D is essential for effective calcium absorption) !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.?

The calcium found in vegies and fruits has a greater impact on bone health than calcium from dairy products anyways!.!.!.!. a study published in The Americal Journal of clinical nutrition (2002) found that a high intake of vegies and fruits has a positive impact on bone health, but dairy did not!.

Dairy products contain animal proteins, which speed the elimination of calcium from the body and make it more acidic!. This can cause calcium to leach from the bones and cause problems with magnesium (essential for healthy nerve and muscle functioning and for heart health ~ known as the antistress mineral) absorption, leading to osteoporosis!. In addition, we absorb only 30 percent of the calcium found in milk, compared to 40 to 70 percent of the calcium found in vegies and fruits!.

pretty disturbing actually when you consider the way the milk and dairy industry pump us with their commercials to drink more milk !!

Cow's milk contains proteins that are difficult for humans to digest; when these undigested proteins enter the lower digestive system, they putrefy and cause digestive problems!. Dairy products encourage the production of excess mucus in the body, burdening the respiratory, digestive and immune systems!. Not surprisingly, when you ditch the milk and dairy people more often than not experience markedly fewer colds and sinus & respiratory infections!.

Lactose intolerance can cause acid reflux, alternating bouts of constipation & diahorrea and will also lead to a compromised digestive system thus laying the groundwork for a body which is extremely susceptible to developing nose, throat, sinus, ear, bronchial, bladder and other infections as well!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Other symptoms of lactose intolerance are mucous in the stools, bloating and cramping, digestive troubles such as constipation, belching and burping, gassiness and wet f*arting (sorry, no other way to say it), ribbony and stringy shaped bowel movements or rabbit pellet shaped movements are all symptoms of lactose intolerance!.

Take a multi B complex supplement as well, get one including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc!.!.!.!. as they work best together !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. iron needs vitamins B6, B12, calcium and vitamin D for effective assimilation !.!.!.!. so if you are ingesting foods to which you are intolerant your calcium & iron levels in your body would be compromised and you would more than likely be also suffering from achy bones, insomnia, tummy aches, irritability and moodiness & iron deficiency symptoms as well such as fatigue and exhaustion, nasty headaches and migraines, excessive feelings of coldness and dizzy spells and fainting feelings!?!?!? !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole complex as they rely on each other for effective assimilation !.!.!.!. a liquid form of the B complex would be easiest to assimilate !.!.!.!.!.!. the B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning and will therefore help you to manage your stress levels on a daily basis!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. simply follow the instructions on the bottle

Please also ensure that whichever supplement you decide to buy doesn't contain any lactose, wheat, yeast, gluten, preservatives or flavorings, sugar or yeast as none of these have any place in a good quality supplement anyways!.

You have only vibrant health & vitality to gain by ditching the milk and dairy products mate !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. i sincerely do wish you the very best of health & vitality ?

ensure you are also drinking loads of fresh filtered water on a daily basis too and ditch the sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (if you drink any) and cut right back on coffee and tea as all these things will dehydrate you terribly as well as robbing you of your precious B complex of vitamins!.

hope i didn't confuse you & this helps

I think i understand what you are trying to say, you don't have regular bowel movements, and when you do actually produce a bowel movement, you are backed up, and it's too much for you to handle!. What you need to do is to bind yourself up!. Eat lots of bran: bran cereal, bran muffins etc!.!. which will help with the regularity of your bowel movements, so when you do go to the bathroom you won't be in pain!. If you feel constipated eat prunes, to loosen your stool!. And lastly if you are experiencing diarhea, take some Imodium ad, it's available at your local pharmacy!.
Best of luck to you,

Fiber can help regulate your bowels, both slow them down (diahrrea) or speed them up (constipation)!. Cut all caffeine, and eat lots of vegetables and fruits, and lay on the whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat, oats, even corn) will all help improve your bowel health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a Shaklee distributor in your area they have something called Herb Lax it is not a laxative!. It breaks down the garbage that collects on the walls of your bowel!. You have to get all that out!. Talk with the distributor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask the doctor if you could have diverticulosis!. Constipation and diarhea are some of the symptoms!. Diverticulosis is when the intestines have some small pooches !.!.!.!. pouches !.!.!.!. in them!. You have to be very careful what you eat if you have D!.
Also you may want to take a laxative when you can't seem to go!. Of course, it will be painful when you go if you haven't gone for 2 weeks!. (I had 2 ultrasounds when I had bowel symtoms, they were looking for D!. because it's in our family!.)
Some people have to take laxatives every day to keep their bowels open!. Keep 'em open!. You'll feel better if you go every day!. Also eat a diet that will keep things moving - so drink lots of water everyday!. You have to flush your food on through!. Eat whole grain bread, apple sauce, prunes, prune juice) If you have Diverticulosis the doctor will tell you to eat cooked, canned fruits only!. No fresh fruit!. Eat yogurt!. It also helps to exercise!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
