You are having something called a panic attack or anxiety attack, you get this very morning because thats what you are telling your body to do through fear of it happening!.

What you want to do in a morning is buy a relax cd, and put that on and breathe through your nose and out through your mouth!.

The time you want to do this by is, by putting your hands on your chest and your middle finger has to be touching your other midle finger on the other hand, breathe in, when your middle ingers seperate then breathe out you want to do this 5 times!.

You will find listening to the cd and doing that you will not have an attack, and you will wake up knowing that you won't have them!.

A panic/anxiety attack, happen when you are low or stressed about something, so you have to change your reel of thoughts from a negative to a positive way of thinking, breathe slow and easy, as to much oxygen will go to the brain sending signals to the rest of the body that something is wrong when it isn't, so calm down, drink plenty of water slowly, and if you do find you can't control it get a paper bag that you can keep by the side of your bed, so you can breathe into it, putting the carbon back into your body, giving your body back the right mixture!.

Good luck let me know how you get on, i went to anxiety classes because i was having really bad attacks it was a groups session and was very helpful!. so you are not dying and you can control them, just do as i have told you to do!.

Take care!. xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

hyperventilating is a panic attack you trigger off in your own head try doing some relaxation exercises and deep breathing as soon as you open your eyes lie there and get calm, when you get out of bed say today is gonna be a good day and put some positive thoughts in there as well (it works)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i know stress can make this happen!. but more than a week!? go to another doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did your doctor take several tests to see if your heart, thyroid are operating properly!. High blood pressure, etc!? Blood test to see if there's anything toxic in there, or for blood sugar levels!? EKG to see if there are erratic signals going on and maybe from where!? Are you taking any medications, drugs!? Any spider or tick bites!? Any known allergies!? They should be checking for all these things and more!.

If they didn't do that, you definately need to see another doctor!. If they did and said it all looks good - then perhaps it is just anxiety!. they have drugs for it, but it's better and safer if you can control it without any drugs!. You need to get more more exercise, and a better diet!. If you aren't exercising, meaning getting your heart rate up for 20 minutes (from exercise) at least 3 times a week, you might try that!. If you're not used to exercise and are over weight, start off slowly - 5 minutes a period for a week or two then 8 minutes, 10 minutes etc!. Get a multiple vitamin and some fish oil!. Cut sugars and starches like candy, donuts, bread, cake etc!. Eat lots of veggies and maybe some meats, a potato, etc!.

There's lots of ways to deal with hypertension naturally, but you wnat to be sure that;s what it is and not just a lazy doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
