Question: How to help take your mind off of the chickenpox shot!?
ok pepole have just recentley told me it does not hurt ok but in the act of scared what do i do i need stratagies i mean i am worried because i know the pain from my previous shots i have had i mean the nurse had to get 5 others to hold me down i totally am scared nervous and then i am a real calm person but when i am in the doctors office i am shaking like a nervous wreckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well I have had the chicken pock shot before all I do is hold my breathe, close my eyes, and sing a song to myself in my head to keep me from thinking about it!. The shot really isn't that long and is painless trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
