Help! How do i get rid of sore throat in 2 days?!


Question: Help! How do i get rid of sore throat in 2 days!?
My anniversarry is in 2 days!. I don't want to be sick, i've had a sore throat for 1 full day, so it's just starting and i want to get rid of it before it gets worst!.Help!
What should i eat!?
What should i drink!?
I heard of garggling salt water but does that really work!?
How about eating honey!?
Should i stop eating dairy!? IDK where i got that from, but i thought i heard it before or was it lemons!?

Drinking hot lemon and honey will help sooth the throat!. Getting plenty of rest will also help!. Garggling with warm salt water will take down any swelling you might have!. Dairy creates more mucus in the body, which is why some people say to avoid it!.

I find that gargling Chloroseptic anti septic helps get rid of my sore throat!. You can buy this over the counter at any drug store!.

The secret is you must do a deep gargle, that is gargle as far down (back) in your throat as you can, Use one cap full of the liquid and gargle for about two minutes!.

It will provide some immediate relief for me!. Repeat as necessary!.
