I like both of them from my point of view but which one would best be a good career as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are both rewarding careers!. As a RN, I can say that it requires two years of schooling to obtain an Associates Degree in Nursing, 4 years for a Bach!. Degree!. Nursing is quite stressful, you have to work crazy shifts, sometimes, forced overtime due to staff shortage ( although this doesn't occur often and it may have been stopped altogether) , weekends, Holidays!. Police officer also work crazy shifts, weekends, Holidays!. !.I'm uncertain as to how long it would take to become a police officer!. I believe that most Police Officers are required to have a degree in Criminal Justice!. You must not have a criminal record as you may not be accepted, depending on the offense!. This profession can be quite dangerous and stressful!. With Nursing, you have to be concerned about contracting illnesses' from patients but, we are required to receive vaccines and practice universal/standard precautions when we are caring for patients' that has an infection or when handling any body fluids to reduce the risk of contracting a disease with any patient, irregardless of their health problem!. You must be able to handle the sight of blood, vomit, bathing & cleaning of patients, among other things!.
The salary of each profession can depend on where you live or where you are employed!. Police Officers get paid quite well to perform " detail " duties!. I think that they have better "fringe benefits " They get free donuts!.!.lol!.!. Not trying to offend any Police Officers, just a well known joke!.
I hope that this provided some insight for you to make a determination and Good Luck with which profession you choose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nursing has more school involved and longer hours!.
There are better (more) jobs available to nurses,
so moving is easier, and there are more perks involved!.
Most everybody loves a nurse!
Police work involves getting shot at!.
PO 's are scrutinized harder for employment>ie: no arrest record, etc!.
People either love (the public) or hate (criminals) Police Officers, (right or wrong), & you can easily end up in dangerous situations unintentionally!.
So you decide!. I'd go with the Coast Guard!Www@Answer-Health@Com

NURSE--HARDER--LONG HOURS--
POLICE GOOD JOB--LOT OF STRESS--$$
