My elbow and wrist keep on cracking everytime I do pushups, should I stop?!


Question: My elbow and wrist keep on cracking everytime I do pushups, should I stop!?
Well you see, everytime I do some push-ups, my right wrist and elbow start to make a cracking sound and then start hurting!. There is a reason though, I broken those two!.

If it hurts when I do push-ups, should I not do push-ups anymore!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should stop when it hurts, that's never a good sign!. Try a different form of exercise, one that doesn't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
