Does anyone know how to get rid of SUper Bad headaches?!

If it is just a really, really bad headache take 2 extra strength excedrin with a can of coke!.

If it is a sinus headache or allergy related put your head over a pot of hot water!. Put a towel over your head to keep the steam in!. Keep you head there for at least 5 minutes!.

If it is a migraine!. You can try both of those mentioned above!. Go lay down in a very quiet dark room!. Watch what you eat!. See the link below!.

If this is the worst headache you have ever had and the pain is almost intolerable you should go see a doctor right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im not sure that it works but unexplainable remedies say that if u apply a mediocre amount of pressure to the area at the back of the palm which is between the base of your thumb and your index finger!.!.!.it is actually proven to relieve you of headaches!. Frankly i dont know but why dont u try it out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went to my doctor and I have extremely bad allergies especially since the pollens are high right now,she put me on some medications for them and knock on wood, I feel much better now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excedrin extra strength with a caffeine drink, shower, hide in bed and nap!.
