Bad cough and cold?!

Question: Bad cough and cold!?

i cant seem to get rid of this cough and cold
i have been takeing cough medicine
any thing i can try to help me here at home !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the drug store and get some mucinex or another mucus expectorant to help with that!. They also have airborne and other cold shorteners there that are packed with vitamin C and lots of other stuff to help you get better faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

take vitamin c every day even after you are over your cold for at least week!. If your cough is productive, I mean you are coughing stuff up!. You may need to see a Dr!. Go to the pharmacy and talk to the pharmacist they have the strong cough meds behind the counter, tell them your symptoms as he/she can tell you the best one for your symptoms!. If you are not any better in a few days you may see to see a Dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
