Question: I have a phobia about heavy breathing and snoring!?
What it is if I am sat next to some and they breath preety loud it makes me feel proper angry and raging inside, also in bed, I can here my mum and brother snoring really loud, it makes me punch walls!
Does anyone no what its called by any chance and how can it be helped (if it can)

it doesnt sound like a phobia - more an irritation and something thats disturbing your sleep!. maybe you need to concentrate on learning how to relax and manage your angry feelings!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
