It probably Can, If you stand up more it is healthier for the body as its skeleton is upright!. If you constanley sit down it is bending the spine and will not be very healthy for the body, and could cause spinal injuries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Regular exercise keeps your spine and muscles in your back strong, if you dont exercise them they will become weak and this will affect your posture, also you're at more risk of gaining weight which will put strain on your backWww@Answer-Health@Com
