Is This A Stomach Ulcer?!

Question: Is This A Stomach Ulcer!?
I've been taking Advil for about a week or two for tension headaches, caused by anxiety!.

I usually take about 2 every 5 hours on the average!.

I was drinking ice-cold water the other day, when I felt a slight pain in my midsection!. Not in the stomach area, but where my diaphragm is, I think!.

Anyway, I wanted to know if the pain was caused by an ulcer from the Advil, or if the ice-water possibly irritated that area somehow!.

I have no pain except when I drink cold water, it seems!.

I can eat anything without feeling pain, and I don't have pain before or after eating!.

Thanks!. (10 points for best answer)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Not sure about the cold water, but typically when you have a stomach ulcer the pain doesn't feel like it's coming from your stomach at all!. I have them pretty frequently and usually the symptoms are a constant pain in my lower back and a dull pain around my diaphragm when I inhale deeply!. Stomach ulcers can be triggered by anxiety and worsened by aspirins so yes you could have one!. You really should call your doctor and stop taking the advil in the mean time (otherwise it could become a bleeding ulcer)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
