I've had this nose bleed for like 30 minutes?!
Question: I've had this nose bleed for like 30 minutes!?
it won't stop!.!.!. i'm holdin a tissue to my nose right now!. whenever pull the tissue off to get a new one it pulls a blood clot along with it and my nose starts dripping again!. my throat is starting to burn too!.how can i stop it!? i'm 14 and its almost 12 am soo!.!.!. help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't put any thing in your nose!. Put direct pressure against it and put a tissue under you upper lip!. I use to get real bad nose bleeds and they would cauterized my nose very painful but if you can't stop it you need to go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pinch your nose directly below where the bone ends and the cartilage begins!. Keep it pinched for five full minutes!. Your fingers will tingle, but the more you release, the more you will destroy what little clot there is!. You can dab excess blood with a tissue, with your other hand, but don't release the pinch!. Also, don't tilt your head back!. Let the blood form a big clot and breathe through your mouth!. After a while, when it's strong enough, you can blow your nose to clear the excess!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Use an ice pack on your nose!. Don't freeze your nose!. just keep it cold!. If it doesn't stop, go to the ER and let them stop it!. Then when you get home, begin eating spinich and taking vitamin K regularly so this doesn't happen again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't panic,baby!.please try to do what I say:
1!.Keep your head upright normally!.
2!.Press one of your bleed nostril and keep about 5-10 minutes!.
This way is always works very well for me!.

hold your head back!. Put a cold wash cloth on your forhead and hold your nose tight!.

well dont tilt back you will just make it go donw your throat!. but if it keeps going go to the er they will carterize(sp) it!. its not bad but sometime syou need it done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
