How do you mediate? what do you think of? Im having problems doing this... help?!


Question: How do you mediate!? what do you think of!? Im having problems doing this!.!.!. help!?
i cant seem to mediate! I kno it might sound silly, but i got alot of stress in my life! I want to just meditate! But i don't know how!

How do you meditate!? What tips/Techniques
should i use!?

1!.) Be in a very, VERY quiet place
2!.) Block everything else out-I know it may sound hard, but don't deep think, or think of what needs to be done, or of anything!.
3!.)be very still, not an oncomfortable position!.

I'd also recommend yoga, Brain Age 2's "relaxing" Session (Very last question marks)
AND/OR Take a hot bubble bath, nice cented candle lit, throw in a book, a small, healthy snack, like a "complimentary snack" -those foods that you love, and they are healthy and make you feel good about your choice!. Maybe even throw in your fave!. pillow!. -!.!.!.!.!.!.relaxing!.!.!.!.
TURN OFF YOUR PHONE WHILE DOING IT
Or, you could write, (poems, feelings in a journal, songs)
Or, you could find a really good book to read, and let yourself be surrounded by that setting, and all of your problems are left behind you, and now your the main character and you let your life just be written out!.(Envolve yourself in another world you know isn't as serious, yet serious enough to blow your mind) I know it sounds very weird, but it works for me and my friends, and it's complicated ( to explain)!.
Or, you could go to the spa!.

when my head won't shut off and I can't concentrate to meditate I put on a guided meditation tape - there are many out there you may even be able to borrow one form the library!. The traditional count down - 10 -1 3x over and focus on you breath is good - and so is focusing on each individual part of your body - again when your head is buzzing this is easier with a tape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just Relax, take deep breaths and let go! people always dont fully let go, or sometimes when youre letting go you kinda fall into shock and come right back out of it, Try drinking some Chamomile or Jasmine tea that will help stimulate your nerves and help to calm you down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way I can do it is to find something shiny
and sparkly and focus on it,,,, Thoughts try to creep in,,,,
