Question: B 12 shots!?
I was told today I am severely B12 deficient!. I have neuropathy in my hands and legs!. So we may finally have the answer as to why!! How long should it take for me to notice any effects!?!? I am taking 1 microgram/ml per day for 7 days the once a week for a month then once a month after that!. I am giving myself the injection!.!.!.!.fun fun!! ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should see the change within 7-10days!. i take b12 injections for weight lose and metabolism booster!. they are great once they kick in but when they start to wear off you may feel really tired!. my mother in law takes them for migraine headaches and she says that they work wonders for her!. best to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
