cut down on meats, take colace but not every day or for long periods of time!. You do not give your age!.!.if you are a teen or young adult this is serious!.!.if you are older it is more natural unless you take liquids, fiber, etc!. Make a good diet a way of life!. You may need an enema!.!.!.you can get one at a hospital or one of those walk in health clinics or have a parent or relative give one!. if that does not work see as doctor or cllinic right away!. If you have severe abdominal pain go to the emergency room!. Tell them you about this and it will save lots of time and money on tests!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water throughout the day (at least 8 glasses a day)!.
Use psyllium husks for fiber!.
Get generic Colace, a stool softener!.!.take 2 at night!.
If nothing happens go to MD you can get bowel obstruction which is very dangerous!.

Try one of those Fleet enemas that you can get from the drug store for about $2!. That should produce preliminary results!. Also eat more fiber and drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
