Hebrew, you've never been in marching band!. If you're in marching band and you can't do these exercises, you can't march a mile long parade in 120 degree weather while lugging an instrument and wearing a thick wool uniform!.
As to a solution, to be honest, there are only two things you can do!.
1) Take a nice hot shower, and massage your muscles while they're under heat!.
2) Push through it; that pain is your muscles being filled with lactic acid, which burns them away!. This is what happens AS you are pushing them!. Then, when you stop pushing them, eat/ingest protein, and the muscles will rebuild, and be more resistant to the next bout of tearing down and rebuilding!.
Judging by your picture, you're a girl, and as such you might not want to "bulk up!." Rest assured, you won't become bulky off of marching band!. Instead, try doing crunches and push ups at home for toning!. If your muscles are used to these exercises, they won't feel any pain, as said exercises will be within their normal operating parameters!.

Edit: Hebrew, in every marching band I have ever seen, instructed, or heard about, they use push-ups or running as a "punishment"!. I wasn't trying to insult you, but I seriously thought you had never been in marching band because you called what I know to be true for every marching band hazing!. I know you aren't forced to do them, but that's all I can say about those punishments!. (I have never seen someone forced into doing them when they are physically unable to perform push ups)

Hello sister, Anita is correct!. You will need to keep going (which you will of course) to keep the muscles moving!.

However, instead of Tylenol try Motrin (Ibuprofen)!. This is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory!. Which simply means it works to ease the soreness in muscles!. Tylenol doesn't have that quality!.

However, since you are a teen, I will encourage you to do so only with your parents' permission!.

God bless and good luck at camp!

Join the crowd, you will get used to get, I used to do it every year!. Is this your first year!? Last year we had camp, for 13 hours a day, 4 days in a row!. And we had to run up and down bleachers and push ups, the tip toes thing, push ups, back excerises, marching, playing!. You get less sore the more you do itWww@Answer-Health@Com

As soon as you start moving again tomorrow, you'll soon forget the soreness, because you'll be concentrating on doing all that stuff again!. Take a nice bath to relax, and get a good night's sleep!. You'll be in great shape before you know it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Motrin/Ibuprofin and drink pleny of fluids!. Drinking water will help flush the body of toxins (lactic acid that is built up in your muscles!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try ib proferin-2!.

take a warm or cold bath

good luck we never had to do anything like that in band, dance and gymnastics yes, band no!.

I take it as you play the drums!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That seems to be bordering on hazing which is against the law!. However, if you were to continue to do these types of exercises, you will get used to them in a few weeks!. You can try Ben Gay cream, but my personal experience says that some things only time can heal!.

EDIT I was in marching band, and I played the Sousaphone in the fall and the Tuba in the spring!. I even had a solo, so I have marching band experience in High School in fact I was the treasurer my senior year!. I never had to do push ups or repeatingly had to go up and down the bleachers!. Just because it is done doesn't mean that it isn't hazing!. Making a person do push ups for a mistake is hazing, that is what they do in the US Army where they call it being "smoked"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
